Fundraising and Ensembles Intern

One-year, Full-Time Training Opportunity.
This new and exciting role will support two areas of the company’s activities. BSO ensembles, primarily Kokoro, the Orchestra’s new music group, and Fundraising, involving identifying and seeking grants from trusts and foundations to support this group, as well as the education and community programme.

The intern must have a music degree and experience of organising events within a budget would be helpful. They should be self-motivated with, ideally, a keen interest in contemporary music, an ability to prioritise workload and good communication skills. A full driving licence is essential.

Closing Date: 1 March 2010

Salary: Busary only
