SHERBORNE ARTSLINK NEEDS MORE TUTORS

Sherborne Artslink is a community arts organisation offering courses for adults and children in Sherborne. It is funded by West Dorset District Council with further occasional funding from other bodies such as The Arts Council and Sherborne Town Council.
Artslink runs courses on watercolour, acrylic and oil painting, life drawing, dance, creative writing, stained glass, calligraphy and other subjects.
We are currently looking for more tutors, people with experience in teaching adults or children, who would like to be involved in community arts.
The particular areas we would like to develop are : watercolour painting, acrylics, and life drawing. In addition we would like to develop creative writing courses further to include short stories, prose and poetry. Dance is another area of interest and we are always looking to develop our children's courses
In addition to weekly courses, we run one-off or series of workshops, so any commitment can be tailored to your availablility. The main requisite is enthusiasm and desire to teach all levels of talent.
