Sculpture, Letter Cutting and Printmaking

I work with indigenous stones, slates and hardwoods to produce fine letter cutting and carving.
My work is directly informed by process, by the potential to manipulate light and shade. I love the sculptural potential of letterform, an endless invitation to revisit the rich world of codes , signs and symbols.
Most of my work is produced to commission for private clients. I also occasionally exhibit work and have shown at The New Arts Centre – Roche Court and at The Dartington Cider Press Centre.
Community arts projects have included “Naming Rivers, Brookes and Bridges” with Common Ground. “Creative Footsteps – Poetry Along The Wessex Ridgeway” with Arts Reach,
