The Project, set in restored farm buildings within the pretty village of Stalbridge, was founded in 1995 to benefit recently graduated artists by providing studio space and a gallery, in which to show their work on a regular basis. Since that time, the programme has broadened to encompass drawing, painting and sculpture courses from a purpose designed studio, with lectures and up to ten exhibitions a year in the well appointed Gallery. This includes the Young Artists Christmas Exhibition for those of 35 years and under.
