For DAW 2010 I'm showing a few papier mache masks made for a theatrical production, also some large pastel paintings of flowers.

My latest work has been based on a theme of the Isle of Portland.
These are executed in egg tempera on home-made tablets coated with a surface of chalk and rabbit-skin glue.

I trained at St Martins School of Art in the 60s and for much of my professional life was a children's book illustrator. The latest work is influenced by my experience of writing and illustrating a series of children's dolls-house books.
