I have been weaving for 25 years, fortunate enough to be taught by a designer weaver before obtaining the Bradford Diploma. Fascinated with colour, texture and the variety of fibres/yarns available, inspiration often comes from our beautiful surroundings. I weave very fine cotton/linen window throws incorporating semi-precious stones or shells, warm throws, scarves in silk, linen, cotton and wool. I am exploring various techniques for hangings and include copper, handmade paper etc..
